The site at Lovell Park is about half a mile north of Leeds city centre and provides 34 one bedroom units, all built around 50 years ago. These mainly comprise bungalows within communal grassed areas. In addition, the development adjoins Lovell Park itself, apparently used as a cattle market until 1860, and one of 62 community parks within the city.
